Care & Repair
Okashi Paris pieces are easy to wear and care for. As with all metals and enamels, special care must be taken to ensure they do not chip, scratch or tarnish. Like us, you'll want to wear your pieces 24/7, but be mindful of the following:
1. Always store your pieces individually, preferably in your Okashi soft-lined pouch so that they don't rub together, scratch or knock against other pieces.
2. Remove your pieces when sleeping or exercising.
3. Keep your pieces away from moisture and harsh chemicals, perfumes, detergents and chlorine.
4. Be gentle with your pieces and avoid banging against hard surfaces.
After Care Services
Within the first 6 months of purchase, we extend an offer to evaluate items for potential replacement or repair. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please return your old piece to us, complete with all beads, for review. We will strive to either repair or replace the item, depending on availability. Contact us to request an evaluation.
