We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery that are beyond our control.

Please note at this time we are not able to deliver to countries outside of Europe, the United Kingdom or the United States. Please contact our Customer Service team for more details.

You may return or exchange all mainline products ordered on okashiparis.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

Please note:

— Okashi Paris does not accept returns for sale items or items purchased through our custom service.

— Okashi Paris will not accept returned products that have been modified by external jewelers, worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

— Okashi Paris is not responsible for the original shipment cost to you unless the items in question have been deemed faulty or defective.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Please email hello@okashiparis.com notifying us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Once your email has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team, providing you with instructions and a return label.

3. Please notify our Customer Service team upon shipment of your returns.

4. Your exchange or refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods. A return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note that Okashi Bonbon Ltd is not liable for lost or delayed packages. You may not use your own courier to ship back returns, and doing so will result in a refund request being voided. We cannot be liable for any import duty resulting from incorrect return of purchases. 

Please direct all claims regarding faulty or defective items to our Customer Service team and we will respond to you by email as soon as possible.

Orders to Europe are shipped from Paris, France. Orders for the United States are dispatched from the United Kingdom under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped domestically.
